Verify Your Warranty Coverage
To check the status of your warranty, simply click on the logo of your equipment brand below. Keep in mind that there may be several different name brands under one main company. This will direct you to the manufacturer’s warranty lookup tool. You’ll need your model and serial numbers, along with the last name of the registered owner, to ensure accurate warranty information. If you’re unsure where to find these numbers, they are typically located on the equipment’s data plate or label. Having this information readily available will make the process quicker and smoother.

The Airtemp brand is the result of the air conditioning system designed for the Art Deco style Chrysler building in New York City. When completed in 1930, the skyscraper was the world’s tallest building. Four years later, with their acquired climate conditioning expertise, Airtemp Corporation was born. Fujitsu – Fujitsu General has been in the air conditioner business since 1960, when we introduced our first-generation window-mounted cooler for home in Japan.   2. Access Warranty Lookup: On desktop, click the “Warranty” link under Resources in the left-side menu. On mobile, tap “Warranty Lookup” in the app.
  3. Retrieve Warranty Information: On desktop, use the Warranty Tools page to create claims, check status, view documents, or verify part returns. On mobile, you can scan the equipment barcode to instantly view the warranty certificate.
